On the Web, you can view your Web site and see exactly what your visitors will see.
 
For e-mail, text and phone, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail, but you can also add yourself to your contact list. Anytime you send a message to your list, you’ll receive the exact same notifications that your list does. 

Additionally, site administrators can view sent messages in the message archive section of their account. 

As the account administrator, you’ll be able to access deliverability reports from your account dashboard.  You’ll know exactly how many messages were sent out and successfully received by your subscribers.

Are there restrictions on the messages that I send out?
We strictly comply with SPAM regulations and Do Not Call policies; therefore, your list must be permission-based. Subscribers can opt-out of your messages or change any of their subscriber preferences at any time. We vigilantly pursue SPAM allegations in order to ensure that our system is only used by reputable individuals to communicate appropriate messages to permission-based lists. AME authorizes the right to suspend any account not complying with our terms of service. 

Do I have to download software?
No, there’s no equipment to wait for, no software to download and no IT staff required!

Will my contact information be sold?

Can I change my login and password information at any time?
You. Simply login to your account and click your username in the uppert right hand corner to update your password.

Can I import my call list?
Yes. If you already have a list of subscribers, you’ll be able to import their contact information directly into AME.  We have quick cheat-sheets that show you exactly how to do this in our online resource center.

How do I cancel my service?
Our helpful team is available by phone, e-mail and live chat. You can contact one of them to discontinue our services.
